Walking rugby is open to literally all ages (we have  12 - 70+ yr olds playing) and it's for both women and men. It's probably the most inclusive sport there is and it's definitely one of the most enjoyable!

COVID Awareness Regulations & Registrations

To attend our training sessions, you are required to do several things:

•  Register with World Rugby - You will be required to undergo an online COVID awareness course which lasts about 45 min and then answer questions.

•  Register as a Taff's Well player @  and check for COVID symptoms on the day of any training session

These actions are critical for the safety of all our attendees and all players from every section of the club are required to do the same.

Be assured of a warm welcome in a club which continues to build and grow – still not convinced? Then the obvious thing to do is pop down, have a look around and chat to the guys on training nights. What have you got to lose? If you really want to know how it feels to play for our club, take a look at some of the photos of our recent presentation evening and see how rugby should be played - with a smile on the face.
