On Sunday 4th, Caerphilly RFC will be staging a 'Benny' Memorial Day at Caerphilly Rugby Club to raise awareness of mental health and support Owen's Family with funeral costs. There will be a game between a Caerphilly Select XV and Benny's Baa Baa's XV. The teams will be a mix between Benny's old team mates, school friends, best friends and anyone else who wants to play. Everyone is welcome to come along whether that is to play or to support. There will be a £5 fee for all players. Could you please message Sam Haley or Rhys Cleverly on facebook or send us a text if you would like to slip a jersey on, with your name and they’ll put you down for the day. Local band “The Love Handles” will be playing from 5pm onwards 💚 SAGI will be open selling hot food and snacks.
