Clubhouse Re-opening Fri. 24th July 2020 - Guidelines for Members and Their Visitors

1. Opening Times

• The Club will re-open for outside service only (on the patio area) from Friday 24^th. July 2020 (weather permitting).
• Initially, the Club will open on Friday and Saturday evenings only.
• Please note that under current circumstances, we cannot receive cash as a method of payment, however, we can accept card payments.
• The bar will open at 5 p.m. and close at 9.45 p.m. We respectfully ask that everyone leaves the patio area by 10.15 p.m. at the latest.
• Welsh Government regulations permitting, inside and outside service will be available from 7^th. August 2020.

2. Keeping Safe

• To maintain the ‘social distancing’ required by the Welsh Government, the number of people using the Club at any one time will be restricted.
• To facilitate this, members are encouraged to book a table by telephoning 07483 132164 between 10 o’clock and 12 o’clock on the morning of their planned visit to the Club.
• Regrettably, during this initial period of readjustment, no children will be allowed on the Club’s premises, including the field and play area.
• Hand sanitising will be necessary; and facilities will be provided at various places in the Club.
• Access to the bar and other inside facilities will be regulated by members of the Club staff.
• Members and their visitors are requested to comply with the guidelines that will be displayed on the signs in the Club.
• Members and their visitors are requested to be respectful of other users of the Club and of staff members at all times.

3. Test and Trace

• Obviously, anyone who has any of the symptoms of Covid-19 should not visit the Club.
• In line with Welsh Government requirements, we will need to collect some information so that we can contact you after your visit to the Club, if this becomes necessary. If requested, your contact details will be released to NHS Test and Trace only, and to no other party. These details will be stored securely for no more than 21 days and then destroyed.
